We’re still here!

Wow, we’ve had a crazy few months.  It’s all been to the good however and our kids are still out there doing their thing, just fell very behind on our news updates.  What follows is a simplified partial update:

Oct. 30, 31, Nov. 1st – Trillium Dog Fanciers, Etobicoke, ON – “Bingo” (Ch. Vanderbilt’s Let The Games Begin) wins 3 BB and 3 Group placements under j.’s Len Harfield, Virginia Lyne and Patricia Laurens.  Congrats also to Hardy x Vanity NEW CHAMPION “Sarge” (V’s Sargeant Pepper), owned and handled the whole way by Ted Barrett.  Great job Ted!

Nov. 20-22, 2009 – West Springfield, MA – “Bingo” (V’s Let The Games Begin) wins WD/BW for 4 points to finish his Am.Ch. with his 4th major under j. .  This was Bingo’s last Canadian show for 2009 as he left shortly after for Denmark.  The next day “Tarzan” (V’s Me Tarzan was RWD to a major under j. Mardee Ward.

Dec. 10-13th, 2009, Cleveland Buckeye Samoyed Club weekend – Our International boy “Yani” (see next post), just arrived from Denmark, makes his North American debut at these shows.  Also showing was our co-owned Fonzie x Dolly gal “Evie” (V’s Cool Yule – Elford/Warner), and Fonzie x Mia puppy girl “Breeze” (V’s Cool Breeze).  Day 1 under Mary Margaret Rotowski Yani goes WD/BW for a major, and “Evie” is WB for 2 pts.  At the Specialty under breeder-judge Joan Luna Yani was RWD.  On the final day under Wm. Sahloff, “Yani” was WD/BW for another major (8 points from his first weekend out!), and “Breeze” was WB for 2 points.
